Is glass wall art really shatterproof?

We use 4 mm tempered glass — roughly 10 times more durable than standard glass. It resists impact and heat; if it ever breaks, it crumbles into small, non-sharp pieces. All shipments are also insured against breakage.

Does the print fade over time?

No. The HD UV print is applied directly to the back surface of the glass, so the ink is protected by the glass itself. It withstands sunlight and humidity, keeping its day-one vibrancy for years.

Can it be used in bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes. Since the glass surface withstands moisture and heat, it can safely be used in any space, including bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies. Care is as easy as wiping it with a damp cloth.

Which files do you accept for custom prints?

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. Photos with a short edge of at least 1500 pixels give the best results; we warn you during upload if an image is low resolution. Before printing we prepare a free digital proof and never start production without your approval.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are delivered within 2-4 business days after order confirmation. For custom pieces, production and delivery take a total of 5-7 business days after you approve the proof.

How much is shipping?

The current shipping fee is shown at checkout. All shipments are insured.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

All shipments leave in special protective packaging and are insured against breakage. If you notice damage on delivery, have a damage report drawn up and contact us the same day; we will produce and ship a replacement free of charge.

How do I track my order?

You can check the current status on the Shipment Tracking page using your order number and email address. If you have an account, the My Account > My Orders screen shows your full history.

Which payment methods can I use?

You can pay by credit/debit card (3D Secure) or bank transfer/EFT. Prices include VAT.

How does the custom order process work?

Upload your photo on the Custom Print page, choose the shape and size, and place your order. Our team reviews your image and prepares a digital proof; once you approve, production begins and your order is delivered by insured shipping within 5-7 business days.

Can I cancel or return my order?

For in-stock items you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Custom-made products (printed with your photo) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation; you may request cancellation before production begins. Details: Distance Sales Agreement.

How is it installed?

Every piece ships with the hanging hardware already attached. A single screw in the wall is enough; unboxing and hanging takes about 5 minutes. No extra parts or professional help required.

How do I care for glass wall art?

Simply wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents.

How are round and oval pieces hung?

The concealed hanging hardware is mounted centered on the back; the piece hangs balanced on a single screw. Lightly marking the center point with a pencil before hanging makes alignment easier.
